1. I issue an invoice based on your choice from the pirce list and you get the payment details on the invoice. I create a calendar invitation for the classes and share a spreadsheet with you where you can see how many occasions you had.

2. You can cancel the lesson via e-mail, phone, messenger. 

3. The lesson can be started only if you pay in advance. 

4. The lessons cancelled, postponed later than the previous day 10 PM Budapest time are charged at full price. 

5. You can't extend your pass if it is over the limit, expiry day. 

6. I can try to give you "another appointment" but cannot guarantee. 

7. There is no refund, reimbursement. 

8. Another person (family member, friend) can use your classes if you don't continue your studies anymore. 

9. You prepare for the classes based on your best knowledge and circumstances. If you cannot practise at all, tell me and we set goals keeping this in mind. 

1. After the trial session I create a student evaluation that you can get in a PDF doc. 

2. We evaluate your improvement every month and set new goals.

3. I store your data (e-mail address, name) just to communicate. After you have finished your studies I eliminate the student evaluation sheets and delete your data.

4. I prepare for my sessions with the best of my knowledge. I follow the most recent theories and practices in language pedagogy, psycholinguistics. I am open to alternative ways of teaching and language learning, for example right hemisphere learning, holistic learning. I check your homework max. within 1-2 weeks. 

5. If a calendar appointment is cancelled because of me, I won't count it in the expiry of the pass. 

6. If I cancel the lesson after the previous day 10 PM Budapest time, I will give you one free of charge next time.
